Refund policy
This page defines refund rules, cancellation logic, and possible exceptions so users know the policy before payment.

1. General principle
Payment for access to the NetQuiet service is by default non-refundable. Purchasing a subscription means accepting this policy.
2. Why refunds are not generally available
The service is delivered as access to infrastructure and is consumed from the first connection. It is technically impossible to return access that has already been granted. Plans and terms are shown on the site before payment, and the User accepts them knowingly.
3. The only exception
A refund is only possible in case of an erroneous or duplicate charge — when supported by evidence. The request must be sent to support within a reasonable time. No other circumstances (including technical failures, service unavailability, or unused period) entitle the user to a refund.
4. Cancellation and unused period
Cancelling a subscription does not trigger a refund for an already paid period. Unused days of the paid term are not compensated.
5. Acceptance
By purchasing a subscription and making a payment, the User confirms that they have reviewed this refund policy and accept its terms.
Service terms and liability limits are set out in the public offer.
